Accounts Preparation
We provide a prompt service in the preparation of accurate financial accounts. The cost of this service can be agreed in advance with clients where appropriate.
All businesses require annual accounts in order to:
- Ensure that the owners know how the business is performing financially.
- For limited companies, to comply with Companies House or Financial Services Authority filing requirements.
- To meet Inland Revenue tax compliance regulations.
- To provide information for banks and other financial institutions on the business's financial performance and to benchmark the business against its competitors
We aim to provide draft accounts within 30 days of receiving the necessary accounting records and, in addition to providing the basic financial information, we discuss the accounts with our clients to:
- Explain the key features of the trading results.
- Suggest ways of (and assist with) improving the quality of the accounting records if appropriate.
- Identify areas for future planning and enhancement of the business's performance.
